Join us for a 45-minute Maturation Master Class led by Melissa Rift, our Master Taster, on our warehouse platform. Melissa will guide you through the maturation process and explain how our barrels develop. During the class, you will have the opportunity to sample distillate, three-year-old Old Forester, the 5th-anniversary 100-proof single barrel, and President's Choice. (Class sizes are limited.)
